    • Working on the compiler for MAIA
      • Drove compiler improvements that delivered 100x performance gains on gpt-oss matmuls
      • Landed a large set of optimizations that yielded ~10x better performance for open-source models on MAIA (llama, gpt-oss)
      • Designed and implemented a system for tracking optimization gaps across models and monitoring regressions
      • Optimized triton kernels targeting inference for several LLMs
      • Made a few LLVM upstream contributions, like this one
  • Spoke at CppCon 2025 with Daniel Lemire — Reflection-based JSON in C++ at Gigabytes per Second

  • Took part in several algorithmic competitions since age 13
    • Brazilian Olympiad in Informatics
    • ICPC (qualified for Latin-America finals 3x, best result 11th out of 700+)
    • CodeChef — Part of 1st division, top 1% in rating, SnackDown 2019 finalist
